Has my order shipped/how do I track my order?

My order never arrived.
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please CONTACT US   for assistance.

I am missing a piece or an item from my order
All Battle Brick sets are hand sorted. When sorting thousands of bricks at a time such errors do occur no matter how careful we are. We will always work with you to replace the missing parts, simply CONTACT US with the step number, part description, and the quantity required.

Why are your sets so expensive?
The price of Battle Brick sets is determined primarily by the cost of the LEGO® pieces in each set. There is also a markup for us to design, hand-sort, our sets in small batches. We can't manufacture LEGO® bricks and we don't receive a discount from LEGO®. Like everyone else, we must purchase our LEGO® bricks on the open market. LEGO® bricks are NOT cheap particularly in the colors necessary for military vehicles.

Coupons

Coupons are are limited to one use per customer. Discount codes and coupons may be terminated at anytime at the seller's discretion.

Coupons/discount codes are limited to one coupon, promotion, or discount per purchase. In the case of a multiple-item order, the value of the coupon is allocated to each item based on the proportion of the item’s value to the total value of all items, excluding shipping, taxes and other charges.

3rd Party Coupon and Discount Sites

Valid coupon codes are only sent out via our official newsletter page or on product packaging. Predatory coupon sites advertise fake coupon codes to drive traffic to their site. We do not authorize, sponsor, or endorse any of these coupons codes or sites.


Do you have a minimum order?
 Yes, we require a minimum order of $5.00, excluding shipping costs.
How do I qualify for free shipping?
 If you live in the US and your order is greater then $69-excluding offers that contain sets- you will automatically have the option at checkout to select free shipping! Offer is not valid on orders that contain building sets.
My set doesn’t appear to be new and/or not a real LEGO® Set?
 Battle Brick is a “cottage industry” and our sets are all created, sorted, and packaged by hand. Our sets all contain genuine LEGO® bricks that are the medium for our designs, however LEGO® does not sponsor, authorize, or endorse our items.
What are the weapons made of?
 

All weapons are made of high quality ABS plastics and designed to fit with mini-figures. Please also note that the weapons are not life size and have no moving parts.
