Return and Shipping Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. 

Shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in original condition with all parts and accessories, sets returned opened or damaged may be assessed a 20% restocking fee. Sets returned incomplete may be refused. If you are missing an item or piece from your order please contact us so we can send you a replacement.

Once an order has shipped, shipping fees are non-refundable. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Domestic orders have the following options:
– Free Ground Shipping for orders over $69 that don't contain sets (5-10 business days) 
– USPS First-Class for orders up to 15 ounces (4-6 business days) 
– USPS Priority Mail for faster shipping or orders over 15 ounces (2-3 business days)
– USPS Express Mail Guaranteed (1-2 business days)
Parcels come with complimentary Delivery Confirmation Tracking # (www.usps.com)

International orders have the following options:

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
 Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

– Economy International Package with shipping confirmation:  3-8 weeks. Includes shipping confirmation and full tracking to the following countries:

Australia, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Brazil, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Hong Kong, Hungary, Italy Ireland Israel, Japan, Latvia,

Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and Turkey.
